Full Name: Kira M Bengal
'Team' Name: Kira, though lately is being refereed to as 'Talons'.
Experiment Number: Ex. #1042
Age: Claims to be 12, though Marco says she's a bit older then that.
Date of Birth: 24th of May
Family:
Mother- Mia Bengal, Biologist
Father- Daniel Bengal, Archaeologist
Brother- Marco Bengal, Experiment #4207
Appearance:
Kira is about the size of a 12 year-old human, though this is about the only resemblance she still retains to one. At first glance, she appears to be a rather over-grown squirrel, though on closer inspection you can see that her front limbs are actually feathery wings. They have developed so that they can be used to walk on and handle objects though, similar to that of a bat's.
Most of her feathery coat is a dark brown, though she has a cream-colored underside, and a long, monkey-like tail that ends in a clump of red feathers. While she can stand on just her hind legs, she generally sticks to moving around on all-fours, or by flying. She has bright-green eyes, and extremely keen vision that is only hindered by the fact her beak gets in the way of her sight, so she can't see directly in front of herself.
Despite her size, she is quite agile in both the air and on the ground, her main disadvantage being the fact she can barely swim, and is easily injured if you can catch her.
Personality:
While at first Kira tends to be shy and some-what untrusting with new acquaintances, once she gets to know you a bit better she'll generally show a more cheerful and some-what stubborn personality.
In battle, she is rather similar, staying back out of range of more powerful opponents until she starts to see what kind of a fighting style they use. It is then she may switch to Attacker, though this is some-what rare.
History:
Kira was taken at the age of 12 by the Brealgo, having of been at her brother's house when they struck. She was brought to the lab a week before Marco, though there is a vast difference in their Experiment Numbers because Marco was being confined to elsewhere for a 'new' breakthrough with the DNA injection process.
The DNA injection process for Kira was a relatively new breakthrough' at the time itself. The scientists saw fit to save some of her own DNA aside for later, and give her a large overdose of another DNA, gray squirrel in her case. After a year or so, physically, she had completely morphed into that particular animal. It was then they injected some of her human DNA back into her, trying to see if they'd get better results. It had been accidentally contaminated though, leading to the slight red-tailed hawk traits.
Despite all of this changing from human, to animal, and then a weird mix of the two, Kira managed to keep her human mind with her. Not many new-acquaintances see this, and as she is unable to talk due to having a beak instead of a human mouth, she is frequently dismissed as a failed, unintelligent experiment by them.
Experiment Room Number: Room #22, The Outcasts.
DNA Type: Red-Tailed Hawk and Grey Squirrel
Battle Position: Distraction, though can be an okay Attacker if her opponent isn't very agile.
Anything Else:
Erm...While Kira can't talk, she usually communicates through body language or the limited sounds she can produce with her beak.
Drawings/Photos: Not yet, might draw up a barely-decent enough picture later >_>
